How to ask us to delete your data
If you have signed up to our newsletter, sent us an enquiry, or otherwise
given us your details and would like them removed, email
kola@mikebells.co.uk
with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
You do not need to give a reason. Please tell us the email address you used so
we can find the right record – if you would rather not, we will still do our best
to find it.
What we delete
When you ask, we remove the personal information we hold about you. That
normally means:
- your name and email address, and the budget, area and requirement you gave us;
- any correspondence you have had with us, where you ask us to remove it;
- you are removed from any newsletter or update list, so you will not hear
from us again.
How long it takes
We will action your request and confirm it back to you within 30
days. In practice it is usually much quicker.
What we may have to keep
If you have bought a property through us, we are required to keep certain
financial and transaction records for a set period for tax and legal reasons. We
will tell you if that applies to you, and we will keep only what the law requires
and nothing else.
