Who we are
Mike Bells Property Sourcing (“we”, “us”) sources buy-to-let property in the
North East of England on behalf of investor clients. You can contact us at

We are the data controller for the personal information described below.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you complete a form on this website,
we receive the first name, email address, budget range, area and requirement
you enter. If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence. - What is collected automatically. Like most websites, ours
uses cookies that are necessary for the site to work. Our hosting and caching
software may record standard technical information such as your IP address and
browser type for security and performance.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use
advertising or tracking pixels.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To send you the weekly newsletter and property updates, where you have asked
us to. - To match properties to the requirements you have told us about, and to
contact you when we find one.
Our lawful basis
Where you have asked for the newsletter or sent us an enquiry, we rely on your
consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Where we are
matching properties to your stated requirements and contacting you about them, we
rely on our legitimate interests in providing the service you
asked for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We use a small number of
service providers to run the site and send our emails, and they process your
information only on our instructions:
- FormSubmit – delivers website form submissions to our
inbox. - Our email provider – stores and delivers our email.
- Our website host and caching service – keeps the site
running.
If you become a client and we introduce you to an estate agent or a property,
we will only pass your details on with your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you are happy to hear from us. If you ask
us to remove you, we do so and stop contacting you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the
information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to
object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email
kola@mikebells.co.uk and we will act on
your request within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain
to the Information Commissioner’s Office at
ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
